In June 2024, PI Athrey traveled to Singapore to present at the Center for Environmental Sustainability through Insect Farming (CEIF) meeting to present the latest updates from our ongoing work, including work completed by Kamaryn Beamsley. The CEIF meeting included various insects for feed and food industry members, who help define the research agenda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the CEIF meeting, Athrey also attended the Insects to Feed the World (IFW) conference at the Singapore Expo. IFW included the amazing opportunity to hear from researchers, entrepreneurs, and sustainability advocates. Overall, a unique and inspiring conference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
