New pub on chicken gut microbiota

Our latest article on chicken gut microbiota was published in the journal Animals. In this work, we assessed if and how dietary protein ingredients (soybean-based or cottonseed based) interacted with the housing environment – caged or cage-free in chicken, in generating the gut microbiota communities. We report that the housing environment had a profound impact on the gut microbiota. Read more about it here:
